We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All staff are DBS checked and safeguarding trained.

3. Programme Booking Terms

Eligibility: Parents/guardians must be 18+ to book programmes. Participants must meet age requirements for specific programmes.

Booking Process: Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment: Full payment is due at time of booking unless alternative arrangements are made. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit card, and PayPal. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations by You:

• 14+ days before programme start: Full refund
• 7-14 days before start: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days: No refund

Cancellations by Us: If we cancel a programme, you'll receive a full refund. We may cancel due to insufficient enrolment, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Programme Participation

Participants must behave respectfully toward instructors and peers. Inform us of relevant medical conditions, allergies, or special needs. Regular attendance maximises learning outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, programme materials, and resources are our intellectual property. Programme materials provided for personal, non-commercial use only. May not be shared, sold, or redistributed.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to processing as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

Programmes provide educational information only, not professional financial advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the programme fee paid.

9. Safeguarding

We're committed to child protection. All staff are DBS checked. Safeguarding policies and procedures in place. We may share information with relevant authorities if safeguarding concerns arise.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
