We process your personal data under contract performance (to deliver programmes), legitimate interests (to improve services), consent (for marketing), and legal obligation (tax, accounting, safeguarding requirements).

Programme participants: 7 years after final session. Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe. After retention periods expire, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
